USGF COMPETITIVE TEAMS
Many of our young gymnasts decide to pursue the sport of gymnastics as a competitive activity. Tulsa World of Gymnastics is very active in the Oklahoma and surrounding states at all levels of competition. We are members of the United States Gymnastics Federation and follow all guidelines for entrance into the competitive program. Children can be introduced to competitive gymnastics at the starting age of six. Entry level is at the USGF Skill Level 4. Our competitive program is open to children who have advanced with good flexibility, strength, and tumbling skills. Children may audition by invitation only.

Tulsa World of Gymnastics is the TOP National Training Site for the United States Gymnastics Program.


TWOG is the only gym to ever be presented the
Shirley Marshack Memorial Award
by USA Gymnastics for promoting the sport of gymnastics.
